Reserved parking is available in the lot behind the Hotel, around to the right of the building. This is a limited access area and should include MG’s and trailers. Trailer parking will be restricted to an area to keep free the area of the lot to be utilized for other activities. If everyone cooperates there is plenty of accessible parking and no one will be asked to move their rig for other scheduled activities.

First Timers Car Show and BBQ Dinner
This event will be held off property, at a City Park. It is about one mile away and First Timers will be assigned priority parking, there is plenty of free parking. There are flush toilets on the property and a roofed picnic pavilion for dinner. It will be a catered dinner. Each participant enjoying dinner will require a dinner ticket. Rally & Tour
The Rally will depart from the front lot of the Hotel at the designated time. There will be a second but similar Rally for local St. Louis MG Club members that may be more familiar with the local roads to remove any advantage to the locals. The Tour will leave from the front lot of the Hotel at the designated time and will feature a leisure drive to expose members to some scenic features in the area.
Live and Silent Auctions
There will be a cash bar available during this event. All auction items will be available for inspection in the hospitality room area. Bids for the silent auction items will be entered on the forms provided. The live auction will be Friday evening in the larger room near hospitality area. Bidding will be by Registration number by registered participants. Cashiers will accept cash, personal checks and Credit/Debit Cards for settlement of both Silent and Live Auction purchases.
The main car show will be featured on the lawn behind the Hotel Friday, provided rain does not interfere with the display. Cars will be displayed by class and cooperation with the staff in arranging cars is appreciated. Cars may start lining up one hour before the show. Ballots provided in the packets are to be placed in the control box by the end of the show time. Awards will be presented Saturday evening at the Banquet.
Photo & Craft Competitions
Photo and Craft entries will be displayed in the area of the Hospitality room and will be viewable from entry until the close of voting for the car show Friday. They may remain on display longer but voting will be closed. Photo/Craft displays may be donated to the Club for an Auction Item.
Swap Meet & Vendors Display
All registered participants may display and sell wares in the Swap Meet designated area during the Car Show. Tables are available at $15 each if preordered. Tables may be available the day of the swap Meet but this cannot be guaranteed.
Valve Cover Racing
Rules are published on the GOF Central web site, www.GOFcentral.com ad also copied here on the Valve Cover Racing Rules page and will be applied to this activity.

This is a low speed driving skill demonstration that requires the cooperation of a driver and navigator to accomplish specific required tasks. The rear parking lot will be utilized immediately following the car show so that the lot is empty during this time, your cooperation in parking is appreciated.
Cocktaiks & Awards Banquet
All participants should have a preordered ticket. There will be limited tickets available at registration. Table sign up will be available in Hospitality prior to the banquet and the cash Bar will remain open during the banquet.
