The calendar has the Agenda view as the default format but there is also a Poster-board view option. You can even filter the events by category, if you’d like to create your own custom view. Click on the plus + sign to expand any event for more information or expand all events using the tools at the top of the calendar.
You can “subscribe” using the button at the bottom of the calendar to import the calendar details into your own calendar application (Outlook, Apple, Google or other iCal format calendar etc.). You can also print the schedule from the Agenda (default) view by using the small print icon on the top of the calendar (to the right of center).
Tech Sessions – more details to follow
All registered participants may display and sell wares in the Swap Meet designated area during the Car Show. Tables are available at $15 each if preordered. Tables may be available the day of the swap Meet but this cannot be guaranteed.
The Pinewood Derby will begin after the conclusion of the valve cover races, so the start time is approximate.
- Rules: All Cub Scout rules, weights and measurements apply. Cars should feature an MG theme.

- Must use Cub Scout wheels and axles
Kits are available at most Hobby or Craft stores.
Lunch – according to your or plans
This is a low speed driving skill demonstration that requires the cooperation of a driver and navigator to accomplish specific required tasks. The rear parking lot will be utilized immediately following the car show so that the lot is empty during this time, your cooperation in parking is appreciated.
There will be a cash bar available during this event. All auction items will be available for inspection in the hospitality room area. Bids for the silent auction items will be entered on the forms provided. The live auction will be Friday evening in the larger room near hospitality area. Bidding will be by Registration number by registered participants. Cashiers will accept cash, personal checks and Credit/Debit Cards for settlement of both Silent and Live Auction purchases.
The main car show will be featured on the lawn behind the Hotel Friday, provided rain does not interfere with the display. Cars will be displayed by class and cooperation with the staff in arranging cars is appreciated. Cars may start lining up one hour before the show. Ballots provided in the packets are to be placed in the control box by the end of the show time. Awards will be presented Saturday evening at the Banquet.
A simple tour/rally event to get out and see the countryside on some interesting roads.
All participants should have a preordered ticket. There will be limited tickets available at registration. Table sign up will be available in Hospitality prior to the banquet and the cash Bar will remain open during the banquet.
